Service Description
The Saddle Making course consists of the construction of a rigid tree English saddle. During the making you will be instructed on and practice; Product quality, Cutting, Edge stain & creasing, Pricking, Skiving, Stitching, Punching, Finishing, Webbing up, Bellies, Seat, Panel, Flocking, Finishing the component saddle. Level 2 - building pony or jump/gp saddle. This course often requires two attempts to complete an entire saddle. As a new skill set building an entire saddle by hand from scratch is not completed in on week. Level 3 - building dressage or saddle of choice. This course often requires two attempts to complete an entire saddle, however if skilled and competent it may be possible to finish a saddle in one week.
