Service Description
These levels teach and test the candidates in bridlemaking skills needed to progress their training in English bridle making. This course is ideal for students interested in perfecting and improving their bridlework repair and making skills or anyone interested in the career of saddle and tack repair. Skills tests and assignments have been developed in each area to allow candidates to demonstrate their craft skills in the stepped program we have created. These include: measuring, cutting, edging, staining, rubbing up, stitching and hole punching at an established level. Bridle Making Level 2 course work consists of instruction and practice in making of the following items; Snaffle Bridle, Head Collar (Halter), Running Martingale Bridle Making Level 3 course consists of instruction and practice in making of the following items; Show Double Bridle, In hand Stallion Show Bridle, Atherstone Girth *NEW Bridle Making Level 4 course consists of instruction and practice in the making of the following items and pattern designing; Bespoke Bridles Designs, Anatomical Bridle Designs, Working Equitation Bridles, and Bespoke Design work of other items
